Penis Size Lenght Measures Worldwide Dr Eduardo Gomez de Diego, Director of the medical company specialised in Andrology Andromedical, has carried out a detailed research to determine the average penis length worldwide.
In his long professional experience, Dr Gomez de Diego has directly treated more that 1,500 patients in his laboratory. They have undergone a penis-enlargement treatment with the Andropenis, a penile extender developed by Andromedical.
According to a study published by the Spanish Society of Andrology in the year 2001, the average penis length in the erected state among Spanish males was established at 13,58cm (5.3"). This lead Dr Eduardo Gomez de Diego to question the accuracy of the research, since his own experience in his laboratory made him come to the conclusion that the average penis length was rather 14cm (5.5").
Hence, Dr Gomez de Diego carried out a widespread research, which took into consideration several studies published by prestigious physicians of different nationalities. He concluded that the average, according to all studies, is to be established at 14cm (5.5"), confirming thus the aforementioned research carried out by Dr Eduardo Gomez de Diego.

Venezuela: Studies show that the average size ranges from 6cm to 9cm (2.36” to 3.54”) in flaccidity and between 9cm to 14,5cm(3.54” and 5.7”) in erection. Spanish: The Spanish Andrology Society stated in 2001 that the average length of the penis in erection in Spanish males is of 13,6cm (5.34”) and the girth 11,2cm (4.42”) (diameter of 3,8cm / 1.5”). According to these figures, a penis is to be considered a micro penis when it measures less than 9cm (3.54”) in erection. Germany: One of the oldest references in this field is the stdy performed by Loeb, in 1899. However, it only shows the length in flaccidity in 50 men, the average being 9,5cm (3.74”). U.S.A.: Condoms manufacturer Durex revealed that the average is 16cm (6.29”), while a study from the University of California lowered this figure to only 13cm (5.11”). Durex study covered a population of 2936 men (most of them younger than 25) who filled in a form through internet without revealing their identity. Apart from the length, the average in girth obtained through this study was of 13,3cm (5.23”) The study also investigated the perception men had in relation to the size of the condoms. 35% felt they are very tight and 15% felt they are very loose. Those who have a bigger penis than the average tend to declare they have suffered the breaking of a condom at least once. In the Kinsey Study from 1948 (afterwards analysed by Jamison and Gebhard in 1988) done amongst 2770 men, resulted in an average of 9,7cm (3.81”) in flaccidity and 15,5cm (6.1”) in erection. This study is not to be trusted completey, since every man reported its own measurements. According to the study doen in 1980 by Lee and Cols, the average length of the penis of an adult (stretching the penis in flaccidity) varies between 12cm (4.72”) and 14cm (5.51”). This technique offers approximately an idea (correlation of 1,2cm/ 0'84) of the length in erection.
